Indian Mediation Week Seeks Student Ambassadors for 10th Edition

Indian Mediation Week (IMW), India's largest student-run Access to Justice campaign, is recruiting student ambassadors for its 10th edition. The initiative, which began in 2017 at NUJS Kolkata, has grown into a nationwide movement spanning 100+ cities with thousands of student volunteers and millions of citizens introduced to mediation.

Sama, India's leading Online Dispute Resolution platform and organiser of IMW, is calling students to lead awareness campaigns in their own cities. Selected ambassadors will build volunteer teams, conduct ground-level mediation awareness drives, and gain leadership experience. The application deadline is October 20.

Since 2019, Sama has facilitated filing of over 2.5 crore disputes and resolution of more than 55 lakh cases, with an average resolution time of 45 days, partnering with 8+ government bodies and 75+ enterprises.
