Indo-US joint military exercise Yudh Abhyas 2026 begins in Uttarakhand and Rajasthan

India and the United States have begun their joint military exercise Yudh Abhyas 2026, which is taking place simultaneously across two locations — Uttarakhand and Rajasthan. The exercise marks another phase of military cooperation between the two nations.

Yudh Abhyas is a regular bilateral military exercise held between Indian and US armed forces, designed to enhance operational interoperability and tactical coordination. The simultaneous conduct across multiple states reflects the scale and complexity of the ongoing defence partnership.
