Jagan welcomes HC judgment in Sai Krishna custodial death case

YSR Congress chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy welcomed a High Court judgment in the Sai Krishna custodial death case, describing it as a significant rebuke to the current Andhra Pradesh government led by Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
In a social media post, Jagan characterised the judgment as "a slap in the face" to the Naidu administration, suggesting the court's decision vindicated concerns raised by his party regarding the case.
The custodial death of Sai Krishna had been a matter of controversy in Andhra Pradesh. Jagan's comments reflect the ongoing political tensions between the YSR Congress and the Telugu Desam Party-led government in the state.
