Jaishankar slams Pakistan PM for misrepresenting facts at UN General Assembly

External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar on Tuesday took aim at Pakistan's Prime Minister at the United Nations General Assembly, accusing him of misrepresenting facts and seeking to justify terrorist actions.
Without naming the Pakistani leader directly, Jaishankar said the PM had invoked arguments designed to "normalise terrorism" and "claim immunity" from its fallout. The minister characterized Pakistan as a "serial practitioner of terrorism," highlighting India's longstanding concerns about cross-border militant activity.
The remarks came during India's address to the UNGA, reflecting the persistence of India-Pakistan tensions on the global diplomatic stage.
