J&K administration denies work-from-home order for Pandits; CM says threats taken seriously

The Jammu & Kashmir administration clarified it has not issued any blanket work-from-home order for Pandit employees in Kashmir, despite reports suggesting otherwise. However, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah stated that credible threats against any community member cannot be dismissed lightly.
Rakesh Handu, a Pandit social activist, said six Pandit employees whose names and contact details appeared in a threat letter circulating online have been relocated to Jammu. The incident has renewed concerns over security for the minority community working in Kashmir.
