JP Nadda announces month-long Seva Sankalp Abhiyan from September 17

Union Health Minister JP Nadda announced on Tuesday a month-long 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' across the country, starting from Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday on September 17. The campaign will include blood donation and medical camps, cleanliness drives, and beneficiary outreach programmes, alongside efforts to showcase the government's achievements and welfare policies to citizens.
Addressing a press conference in Bengaluru, Nadda said the campaign is special as it marks 25 years since Modi first became Chief Minister of Gujarat on October 7, 2001. He described Modi's journey from Gujarat to the centre as one filled with unwavering commitment and resolve, noting that while his responsibilities have changed, his mission has remained constant.
The Seva Sankalp Abhiyan will focus on service, good governance, and welfare of the poor, with efforts to reach government schemes and policies to beneficiaries at the grassroots level.
