Actress Kalki Koechlin Sells Mumbai Apartment for ₹2.55 Crore, Gains ₹60 Lakh

Actress Kalki Koechlin has sold her Mumbai apartment in Andheri West's Versova Kiran Co-operative Housing Society for ₹2.55 crore, according to property registration documents. The transaction was officially registered in April 2026. The 114.31 square metre apartment attracted stamp duty of ₹16.08 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.

Koechlin had purchased the same property in December 2015 for ₹1.95 crore. The latest sale represents a capital appreciation of around ₹60 lakh, or nearly 31 per cent over approximately 10 years of ownership.
