Karnal: 20 inmates of the district jail will be given training as radio jockeys.

Under a new initiative, 20 inmates in the district jail of Karnal will be given training as radio jockeys. The objective of this program is to assist prisoners in rehabilitation through skill development.

This training batch also includes three women inmates. This scheme is an effort to teach practical skills to prisoners within the jail itself, which can provide them with employment opportunities after their release.
