Karnataka Chamber of Commerce welcomes GST Council decisions on litigation, working capital

The Karnatak Chamber of Commerce and Industry has welcomed the decisions taken at the recent GST Council meeting. KCCI president Sandeep Bidasaria said the council had rightly prioritized measures to ease litigation and provide better working capital support for businesses.

The GST Council, which comprises finance ministers from the Centre and states, periodically reviews tax policies and procedures to streamline compliance and support the business environment. The latest meeting reportedly addressed concerns around dispute resolution mechanisms and liquidity management for enterprises.
