5,176 of 6,000 Kashmiri Pandit PM Package Flats Completed Across J&K

A significant portion of the rehabilitation housing project for Kashmiri Pandit PM Package employees has been completed. Of the 6,000 flats approved for construction across 20 locations in the Kashmir Valley, 5,176 units have been finished, according to an official statement.

The PM Package scheme aims to provide accommodation and employment support to displaced Kashmiri Pandit families. The completion of over 86 per cent of the approved housing units marks progress in the government's initiative to facilitate the resettlement of this community across various districts in Jammu and Kashmir.
