Kejriwal accuses Chief Election Commissioner of orchestrating vote-rigging

Arvind Kejriwal, chief of the Aam Aadmi Party, has accused Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar of being the 'mastermind behind vote-rigging'. Kejriwal called for the CEC's arrest and prosecution under sedition charges.
