20 rebel MPs of Mamata have demanded from the Speaker that they be allowed to sit separately.

In West Bengal politics, Mamata Banerjee has suffered a setback. On June 14, 20 MPs of her party TMC joined the NCPI (National Congress Party-India).

Following this, these rebel MPs met Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and demanded to be seated separately in the House. This move signals an internal revolt within the TMC.
