Marsh to lead Australia in first ODI against South Africa; Cummins rested

Mitchell Marsh has been named captain for Australia's first ODI against South Africa. Cummins was rested following the recent three-match series in Zimbabwe, where Marsh led the team to victories in their opening two games before securing a narrow win in the final match on Sunday.

The captaincy decision comes after Marsh's successful leadership during the Zimbabwe tour, demonstrating his capability to lead the squad in the absence of the regular captain.
