Foundation stone laid for Mission Shakti centre in Bheemili

The foundation stone was laid for a Mission Shakti-One Stop Centre in Bheemili. The centre will provide integrated support services including medical care, legal assistance, counselling and shelter facilities for women and girls experiencing violence and harassment.

One Stop Centres operate under the Mission Shakti scheme to ensure vulnerable women and girls have access to immediate aid and rehabilitation across multiple domains in a single location.
