Global bodies must protect Global South from West Asia instability, says Modi at G7

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called on global institutions to protect Global South countries from instability stemming from West Asia tensions. Speaking at the G7 summit held in the French resort of Evian, Modi emphasized the need for international bodies to safeguard developing nations' interests.
India, Brazil, Egypt, Kenya and South Korea were invited as partner countries to the G7 outreach sessions. Modi's remarks underscored concerns about how geopolitical conflicts in the West Asian region could adversely impact developing economies.
