Esplanade Court in Mumbai receives bomb threat via email

Mumbai's Esplanade Court, also known as Killa Court or Fort Court, received a bomb threat on Thursday through an unidentified person claiming an explosive device had been planted inside the premises. Following the threat received via email, police officials and the Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad rushed to the location and conducted a detailed search across the court complex.

Authorities thoroughly inspected the premises but found no suspicious objects or explosive material. Police have launched an investigation to trace the source of the threat and identify the person responsible. Security measures around the court premises were heightened as a precautionary step. The incident created temporary tension in the busy Fort area, which houses several government offices and legal establishments.
