Mumbai Ganesh Visarjan Begins; India Responds to Pakistan at UNHRC

Mumbai will mark Anant Chaturdashi on September 25 with thousands of Ganpati idols set for immersion across the city. Extensive police bandobast has been deployed to maintain law and order and ensure public safety during the processions. Citizens are urged to cooperate with police, remain alert in crowded areas, and report any unattended objects to authorities.
At the UNHRC, India's Kshitij Tyagi hit back at Pakistan over its Kashmir and minority rights accusations. India stated that Kashmiri Pandits were driven from their homes by terrorists armed, trained and sent by Pakistan across the border, and those same militants have since killed Kashmiris of every faith, including Muslims.
