Mumbai Police to Receive Raincoats in Monsoon Support Drive Across 7 Stations

The Lions Club of Mumbai SOL, in association with Rashtriya Amit Shah Yuva Sangathan (RASYS), launched a raincoat donation drive at Oshiwara Police Station to support Mumbai Police personnel working during the monsoon season. The initiative aims to provide greater comfort and protection to officers performing duties on city streets in challenging weather conditions.

Raincoats will be distributed to personnel at Versova, Oshiwara, Juhu, Dharavi, D.N. Nagar, Amboli police stations and the Oshiwara Traffic Police Division. The drive was supported by RASYS leadership including Nidarshana Gowani and Geetanjali Melhwal, Maharashtra Women Wing President, with actor Jackie Shroff endorsing the effort and praising police as the city's "true guardians."
