Mumbai school students create 'Zoographia' museum exhibition on animals and art

Grade 6 students of S. J. Poddar Academy (ICSE) in Mumbai have created their own museum exhibition titled "Zoographia – Taso se Tasveer Tak" as part of the school's Think Museum Project. The initiative is a collaboration between the academy, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya (CSMVS) and Citi through the Museum on Wheels programme.

Division A students researched their chosen subject, decided on the exhibition's theme and message, and designed objects for display. They took on roles in research, curation, creation and presentation of the museum.

The exhibition explores the animal world through art, culture and history. The project is planned across all Grade 6 divisions, with each division set to create its own museum.
