Four Naga villages attacked in Manipur, pastor shot at

Four Naga villages in Manipur came under attack, with a pastor shot at during the incident. The attacks occurred as normal life remained disrupted across the Imphal Valley due to a shutdown enforced by a pro-NRC group.

The shutdown continued despite the Centre deferring the Census operation in the state. Tension remains high in the region as communities deal with the fallout from the violence.
