NC government will pursue Statehood through democratic means: Omar Abdullah

Abdullah indicated that the NC administration would remind the Centre of its commitment to restore Statehood, suggesting the issue would remain central to the government's agenda. The restoration of Statehood was a key demand after the region's special constitutional status was revoked in 2019.
