NCLT approves 107 resolution plans worth Rs 11,000 crore in Q2
The National Company Law Tribunal has approved 107 resolution plans in the second quarter of FY 2026–27, marking a significant increase from 60 plans approved in the same period last year. The approved plans are valued at Rs 11,000 crore.
In the first half of the financial year, the Tribunal sanctioned a total of 185 resolution plans. Since its inception through September 2026, the NCLT has approved 1,735 resolution plans in total.
