BJP chief Nitin Nabin hits back at Prashant Bhushan over 'regime change' remark

BJP president Nitin Nabin has responded sharply to advocate Prashant Bhushan's "regime change" statement, saying the opposition's true agenda has been exposed through such language. Nabin alleged that attempts to destabilise India in collusion with foreign powers are part of an "Urban Naxal" agenda.
In a post on X, Nabin stated that the opposition's struggle is not about electoral reforms or the future of the country's youth, but solely about seizing power at any cost by spreading anarchy. He emphasised that in democracy, the path to power runs through public mandate, not chaos.
Nabin asserted that India's patriotic citizens and the BJP will never allow any effort to weaken the country's democratic system to succeed. The statement comes after Bhushan's remarks drew criticism from the ruling party, which accused the opposition of conspiring against constitutional governance.
