NTA acknowledges NEET portal vulnerabilities after Bihar teenager siphons refunds

The National Test Agency has acknowledged vulnerabilities in the NEET examination portal following a security breach involving a 19-year-old from Bihar. According to police, the accused targeted NEET portal accounts of approximately 350 students across multiple states and successfully accessed about 150 accounts.

The teenager allegedly used the compromised accounts to siphon off refunds. The incident has raised concerns about the security measures protecting sensitive student data and financial transactions on the online examination platform.
