Omar Abdullah watches Mirzapur at Srinagar multiplex to boost cinema culture

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah watched the web series Mirzapur at Srinagar's only operational multiplex as part of efforts to revive cinema culture in the region. Abdullah's attendance at the screening underscored the administration's push to strengthen the film ecosystem in J&K.

Speaking at the ongoing four-day film festival, Abdullah said the presence of leading artistes and filmmakers in the union territory would contribute to building a vibrant film ecosystem and reinforce J&K's association with cinema.
