Ex-Pakistan cricketer Mushtaq Ahmed says coaches 'scared to work' under Mohsin Naqvi's PCB
Former Pakistan spinner Mushtaq Ahmed has raised concerns about the Pakistan Cricket Board's handling of its coaching staff, saying potential coaches are discouraged from taking up roles due to ongoing instability.
Ahmed pointed to abrupt dismissals and emotionally-driven decisions by the PCB leadership under chairman Mohsin Naqvi as factors deterring experienced cricket professionals from engaging with the board.
He stressed that stability in coaching appointments is essential to attract former players and build a sustainable structure for Pakistan cricket's development.
