PMK drifts towards Vijay, but BJP's signals remain key
The Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) is moving closer to actor-turned-politician Vijay and his newly launched political outfit. However, the party's ultimate decision may hinge on signals from the BJP, its current political ally.
PMK's shifting stance reflects the evolving political landscape in Tamil Nadu, where multiple players are positioning themselves ahead of upcoming elections. The party's traditional alignment with the BJP could either accelerate or restrain its engagement with Vijay's movement.
Key political observers note that PMK's move signals the fluidity within Tamil Nadu's political alliances, even as national-level calculations continue to shape state-level equations.
