Rahul Gandhi Launches 'Chhatron Ki Goonj' Campaign Against Paper Leaks, High Fees

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi launched a signature campaign on Thursday to highlight systemic issues in India's education sector, including paper leaks, high fees, and examination problems. The Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha described the initiative as a platform for students to voice demands directly to the government, urging participation through a petition link on social media.
Gandhi characterized India's education system as a "rejection system" rather than a selection mechanism, arguing it imposes excessive financial burden on middle-class families. He called for affordable education, fair examinations, and dignified employment opportunities, stating: "More the signatures, louder the goonj!" The campaign follows his interaction with students at a convention in Kota, Rajasthan.
