This is a fight for students' future: Rahul Gandhi launches campaign in Kota

Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi arrived in Kota, Rajasthan on Wednesday to launch a nationwide campaign addressing systemic failures in the country's education system. The movement follows recurring issues including NEET paper leaks and CBSE exam irregularities.
Gandhi invoked the deaths of two students—Umesh from Sikar and Riya from Dehradun—who ended their lives amid pressure from repeated NEET attempts. He accused the Modi government and Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan of promoting exam mismanagement rather than protecting students, alleging they favor private institutions.
Addressing the Kota rally, Gandhi called on youth to join the movement, stating that the education system punishes ambition rather than rewarding hard work. He framed the campaign as fighting for students' futures, vowing to prevent further tragedies through systemic reform.
