RDI Fund to reopen for proposals after review to support Viksit Bharat 2047 goals

The Research, Development, and Innovation Fund, launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, aims to align with India's Viksit Bharat 2047 development objectives. The fund is designed to empower domestic enterprises and stimulate private sector investment in research and development.

According to the Technology Development Board Secretary, the fund will reopen for fresh proposals following a comprehensive review. Currently, 400 applications are under assessment, with plans to accept new submissions in the coming period.
