NIA chargesheet in Red Fort blast case mentions 'Lone Mujahid Pocket Book'

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) chargesheet in the Red Fort blast case has revealed that accused possessed alleged terrorist training materials, not ordinary religious or educational literature. The agency cited documents including the 'Lone Mujahid Pocket Book' and 'How to Become an Assassin', claiming they contained information for carrying out violent and illegal activities.
The NIA stated that the Lone Mujahid Pocket Book was linked to content published in Inspire Magazine, which is connected to al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) media network. According to the chargesheet, these materials provided guidance to lone-wolf attackers on operational tactics, security evasion, weapons handling, and attack strategies.
The chargesheet also highlighted the accused's alleged access to information on explosives, IED construction, and sensitive explosive compounds like TATP. The NIA claimed the materials found with the accused contained relevant information on explosives supposedly used in preparation of alleged terrorist activities.
