U.S. consumption model would need six Earths if India adopts it: Bhagwat

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat cautioned that if India were to adopt the American model of consumption, it would require six Earths to sustain the global population.

Bhagwat emphasized that economic prosperity should be guided by restraint, ethical conduct, and concern for the welfare of others. He stressed the need for a sustainable approach to development rather than unbridled consumption patterns.
