Supreme Court directs Election Commission to resolve TMC faction dispute by Monday

The Supreme Court has directed the Election Commission to address the factional conflict within the All India Trinamool Congress and resolve the party's name and symbol dispute by Monday.

Both factions of the party are competing for control of the TMC and its assets. The Election Commission has temporarily assigned different names and symbols to the opposing groups pending final resolution.
