Abhishek Sharma, Shubman Gill nominated for ICC Men's Player of the Month

India batters Abhishek Sharma and Shubman Gill, along with Zimbabwe all-rounder Sikandar Raza, have been nominated for the ICC Men's Player of the Month award for September. The nominations follow a month of strong white-ball performances by all three players.

Abhishek earned recognition for his explosive T20I displays against Afghanistan, scoring 229 runs at an average of 76.33 across the three-match series. He hit the fastest T20I century by a batter from a Full Member nation, scoring 108 off 45 balls in the third match, with a strike rate of 317.64. Gill's prolific run in ODIs and Raza's all-round contributions against Australia also secured their nominations for the monthly honour.
