Speaker Om Birla to hear TMC on 20 rebel MPs' merger with NCP

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has called a meeting with TMC floor leader Abhishek Banerjee on Monday to discuss the proposed merger of 20 rebel TMC MPs with the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). The Speaker's office issued a letter to Banerjee to attend the scheduled meeting.
