Stalin tells High Court DMK not liable for all social media posts

DMK president MK Stalin has told the High Court that the party cannot be held liable for every social media post made by its members or IT wing. Stalin's submission came in response to a plea by Aadhav Arjuna.

Staling denied that he had instructed or approved a social media post from June this year by the DMK IT Wing that connected Arjuna to John Britto. The assertion addresses questions about party responsibility for online content shared by affiliated accounts and individuals.
