Supreme Court adjourns hearing on Bengal government's plea against interim bail for Congress Nandigram candidate

The Supreme Court postponed its hearing on West Bengal government's petition challenging interim bail granted to a Congress candidate in the Nandigram bypoll case.
The adjournment came after one of the judges on the bench withdrew from the proceedings, citing a personal conflict of interest. The development delays resolution of the state government's challenge to the interim bail order.
