Supreme Court to hear plea for FIR against Rahul Gandhi over journalist injury
The Supreme Court has scheduled hearing on a plea seeking registration of a First Information Report against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in connection with an alleged injury to a journalist.
Journalist Richa Prashar, who is three months pregnant, alleged that she was pushed by Gandhi's security personnel when she extended her microphone to record his statement.
