Supreme Court declines to intervene in Ramakrishna NSE prosecution case

The Supreme Court has declined to intervene in the prosecution sanction against former NSE Managing Director Ramakrishna in connection with the NSE case. A bench comprising justices JB Pardiwala and K Vinod Chandran disposed of Ramakrishna's challenge to a Delhi High Court order that had upheld the prosecution sanction.
The decision upholds the lower court's ruling, allowing the proceedings against Ramakrishna to continue in the case related to the National Stock Exchange.
