Suryansh Shedge eyes ODI call-up after strong India A performance

Suryansh Shedge has emerged as a possible candidate for India's upcoming ODI tour of New Zealand following a strong performance in India A matches. The Mumbai all-rounder has impressed selectors with his contributions both with bat and ball, raising prospects of a maiden ODI call-up.

However, Shedge's immediate priority remains Mumbai's Ranji Trophy fixture against Himachal Pradesh, set to begin on Sunday. The all-rounder aims to continue his good form in domestic cricket while maintaining focus on the opportunities ahead.

Shedge has expressed ambition to establish himself as a strike bowler and a dependable batter at the international level, seeking to carve out a dual role in India's playing eleven.
