Tamil Nadu pursue all legal options to protect 50% in-service quota: TNMOA

The Tamil Nadu Mahalir Oviya Iyakkam (TNMOA) has called on the State government to exhaust all legal remedies to protect the 50% in-service quota. The organization urged authorities to initiate appropriate legal proceedings, including appeals and fresh writ petitions, wherever necessary to defend the quota provision.

The appeal comes as efforts to safeguard existing quota protections continue through the legal system.
