Pakistan-based terror groups using encrypted platforms to recruit in Jammu & Kashmir

Pakistan-based terrorist organisations and the country's intelligence agency are reportedly leveraging encrypted applications and other online platforms to establish covert communication channels with potential recruits in Jammu and Kashmir, according to an official statement.
