TMC rebels to replicate party structure after joining NCPI

A faction of rebels from the Trinamool Congress has merged with the Nationalist Citizens Party of India and committed support to the NDA alliance. The defectors' decision to join NCPI strengthens the latter's position in the Lok Sabha. The rebel group plans to mirror the organizational hierarchy of TMC within their new party structure following the merger.
