Tripura launches AI learning initiative for government school students
Tripura has launched an initiative to bring artificial intelligence learning to government school students across the state. The programme, named 'AI Utsav – Skill Competition 2026', will offer free access to AI education for students studying in classes VI through XII.
The initiative aims to equip students from government schools in the northeastern state with foundational AI skills and knowledge, bridging the digital divide in education.
