TVK leader Ponraj moves Madras High Court to quash FIR

TVK leader Ponraj has approached the Madras High Court seeking to quash an FIR registered against him. The case was filed following a complaint by R. Nirmalkumar, Tamil Nadu's Minister for Energy Resources and Law, who alleged that Ponraj made derogatory remarks against women followers of the TVK party.

The matter is now before the high court for adjudication on the validity of the FIR.
