Uttarakhand Forest Training Academy offers free hostel stay to boost ecological education

The Uttarakhand Forest Training Academy has launched a free hostel facility on an experimental basis to encourage ecological education among students. The initiative targets learners from various government-run institutions across the state.

Students will be offered accommodation for a 15-day period at the academy. The programme aims to deepen students' understanding of forest conservation and environmental sustainability through practical exposure and direct engagement with forestry practices.
