VCK councillors walk out over Ambedkar photo placement in Chennai Corporation hall

VCK (Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi) councillors staged a walkout from the Chennai Corporation council hall in protest over the placement of a photograph of B.R. Ambedkar.

The walkout highlights tensions within the municipal body over how the social reformer and architect of the Indian Constitution is being displayed or commemorated in the council chamber.
