Vijay Mallya claims injustice over bank dues, cites ED recovery affidavit

Vijay Mallya, living in London, has responded to legal proceedings against him regarding money owed to banks by his now-defunct Kingfisher Airlines. He claims injustice and cited an Enforcement Directorate affidavit he says was filed before the Bombay High Court. According to Mallya, the affidavit confirms the ED recovered more than Rs 14,000 crore and transferred it to banks.

Mallya's remarks come as he continues to defend his position in the ongoing case involving his airline's financial obligations to lenders.
