WBNUJS Law Students to Host Panel on India's International Criminal Justice Role

The International Law Students Association (ILSA) Society at West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS), Kolkata, is organising a national panel discussion titled "India's Engagement with International Criminal Justice".
The session aims to encourage critical legal scholarship and nuanced engagement with contemporary issues in international criminal law and global justice mechanisms. The discussion will examine how India can engage with international criminal justice in a manner that is principled, evidence-based, constitutionally sound and sensitive to diplomatic realities.
The platform will be available to students, research scholars and legal professionals to critically analyse emerging issues in global justice mechanisms through evidence-based frameworks and well-reasoned legal parameters.
