Yogesh Singh begins second term as Delhi University Vice-Chancellor

Yogesh Singh has assumed office for his second term as Vice-Chancellor of Delhi University, marking a significant milestone in the institution's history. Singh is the first Indian to receive reappointment to the position.
The reappointment was formally notified by the Union Ministry of Education following approval from President Droupadi Murmu in July this year. Singh's continuation reflects the confidence placed in his leadership at one of India's premier universities.
His second tenure begins at a time when Delhi University continues to navigate academic reforms and institutional growth in the higher education sector.
